Warner Music UK Summertime Festival was an engaging internal virtual festival for employees and their families over 5 days.
Upon logging in, attendees were launched into the action as the Summertime Festival gates opened to reveal a dynamic and colourful interactive animated map of the grounds. The user-friendly interface paired with the whimsical animated illustrations enticed attendees to explore the vast array of content and festival must-haves all hosted within the one fully stylised virtual platform.
The festival was fortunate enough to have the support of well-known brands and venues as well as Warner Music artists donating their time by participating in the live sets and recordings. The Food Tent featured Burger & Beyond with discount codes and recipes for their favourite menu items and the Bar hosted cocktail making tutorials by Mahiki as well as other famous bars around the country.
The audience could also tune into engaging topical conversation with Jameela Jamil at Speaker’s Corner or listen to some spoken word at the Poetry Stage with James Massiah.
A live streamed headline set at the Main Stage closed the festival showcasing exclusive live streamed performances from Biffy Clyro, The Vamps and Birdy. A built-in live chat function was available for the duration of the set encouraging attendees to share their Summertime Festival experiences and enjoy the show alongside their colleagues virtually.
The level of customisation this event required was not achievable through a single platform therefore the Summertime Festival was the perfect candidate for a fully bespoke and tailored approach.
