We partnered with Bruce Russell and The Peninsula London to orchestrate an extraordinary Grand Opening Celebration, exuding unparalleled luxury and elegance. Hosting over 2,500 distinguished guests—including royalty, foreign dignitaries, and personal invitees.

From bespoke design concepts and detailed renderings to hand-selected material mood boards, every element reflected the hotel’s iconic aesthetic. Custom metal courtyard canopies to extend the hotel’s existing structures, arrival desks, outdoor furnishings, and seamless food & beverage stations were meticulously crafted to complement the venue’s timeless sophistication. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure flawless guest flow, delivering a truly enchanting experience from arrival to departure.

Alongside the meticulous design and scenic planning, Forta handled every facet of lighting, sound, and video. We engineered large‑scale lighting and audio setups for the London Philharmonic Orchestra, orchestrated a full video takeover, broadcasting every event camera feed into each guest bedroom and installed expansive temporary LED screens throughout the event spaces.
